		<description>&lt;p&gt;as I ranted before, if I had wanted to be tsked at for constantly using all of the bandwidth for which I am (over-)paying, I would have gladly chosen e.g. verizon @ 15 bucks a month, when I signed up for service last year.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;speakeasy are not what they used to be. they are extremely, egregiously over-utilizing their pipes in nyc and do not seem to be doing much to remedy that lack.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;come fall when my contract ends, I will go to verizon or even the hated ool. speakeasy is not the common man&#8217;s friend anymore.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
